At Bynder, you manage customer relationships and drive success for the Mid-Market portfolio. This hybrid role in Amsterdam focuses on product adoption, retention, and growth through strategic customer conversations.

Manage customer relationships and success for Mid-Market portfolio
Drive product adoption and customer value through success plans
Drive retention and renewals by monitoring account health
Identify and manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Lead strategic customer conversations and business reviews
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and other teams

Wat je meebrengt

Fluent in French and English
3+ years in customer-facing role in B2B SaaS
Track record of building customer relationships and driving adoption
Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
Intellectual curiosity and challenger mindset
Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills

Mooi meegenomen

Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
Experience with Digital Asset Management or MarTech platforms
Experience working with system integrators and technology partners
