FairPhone B.V. is looking for a Field Quality Manager to oversee product quality in the field. Based in Amsterdam, this role involves monitoring defect reports, validating issues, and improving support processes.

- Monitor field defect reports from customer support, forums, and B2B channels
- Validate and triage issues to distinguish misuse, software glitches, and hardware defects
- Develop intake frameworks and diagnostic decision trees for support teams
- Drive early-life post-launch surveillance for new products
- Enforce SLAs for defect resolution with internal teams and suppliers
- Conduct quality due diligence during supplier selection
Wat je meebrengt
- Minimum 5 years experience in Field Quality or Quality Operations
- Proven track record in consumer electronics
- Experience managing discussions with internal teams and suppliers
- Technical ability to understand hardware/software anomalies
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
