EVERIENCE is looking for a freelance onsite PC technician to provide first and second level support at their Amsterdam location. You will handle end-user issues, deploy new computers, and serve as an escalation point for complex technical problems.
Wat ga je doen
- Provide end-user support for Office applications, especially Office 365
- Set up and deploy new computers using internal tool
- Introduce and onboard users to company IT tools
- Support and troubleshoot printers
- Handle network-related issues: firewalls, switches, connectivity
- Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues
Wat je meebrengt
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experienced in both Level 1 and Level 2 IT support
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Located in Amsterdam
- Freelance status
