Bakken & Bæck is an independently-owned studio looking for a Senior Art Director to lead art direction across brand and projects. You will define visual worlds through image-led storytelling and oversee creative processes from concept to final delivery.

Lead art direction across brand and projects from concept to delivery
Define visual world through image-led storytelling
Develop image-making principles for mood, casting, styling, lighting, composition, and post-production
Direct photoshoots, filmed productions, and CGI workflows
Oversee quality control for retouching, edit, grading, and final delivery
Collaborate with external partners like 3D artists, illustrators, photographers, filmmakers, and sound designers

Wat je meebrengt

5+ years experience in creative agency, production company, or in-house brand team
Strong portfolio showing ability to shape ideas with craft and taste, preferably in tech and digital experiences
Understanding of screen-based brand expressions and storytelling through design and image
Deep knowledge of creative process across pre-production, on-set, and post-production
Pragmatic and holistic approach to collaboration
Inclusive team player who motivates others
