This internship offers the chance to support global talent processes at a leading coffee and tea company. Based in Amsterdam, you will work on data analysis, event coordination, and learning initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Wat ga je doen

Collect and analyze data for talent processes and create reports and visual overviews
Organize and coordinate events, manage supplier contracts and invoicing
Support Global Management Trainee Program management
Organize Learning and Development trainings and maintain Learning Management System
Contribute to continuous improvement projects for talent processes
Support communication around talent projects by drafting materials and visuals

Wat je meebrengt

Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entire internship, preferably in HR, Business or related field
Strong MS Office skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Structured approach, driven and energetic personality
Excellent communication and people skills
Available for at least 6 months, preferably February to July 2027
