Kraft Heinz is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Intern to join their team in Amsterdam. This role offers the chance to manage recruitment processes and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership and contribute to learning and development projects.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for internships
Support DE&I principles in talent acquisition activities
Assist with learning and development plans and initiatives
Participate in learning needs analysis and population analysis
Engage in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives

Master student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or Management
Good English communication skills
Microsoft Office skills
Enrolled at a university for entire internship duration
EU working rights or studying at a university in the Netherlands
