Creative Fabrica is looking for a Market Launcher to drive a 90-day impact mandate in Amsterdam. This role focuses on building a qualified pipeline, closing initial deals, and establishing a repeatable sales motion for the idea.ai product.

Drive a 90-day impact mandate: refine ICP, set up tech stack, run outbound and discovery calls
Build qualified pipeline and establish feedback loop with product
Close initial deals and document a repeatable sales motion
Own full-cycle pipeline generation and build a data-driven outbound engine
Run deep discovery calls to uncover operational pain points
Act as voice of the market and influence product roadmap

Wat je meebrengt

3-5 years in rigorous analytical roles
Zero-to-one mindset and comfort with ambiguity
Scrappy execution, including cold calling and lead scraping
Technical fluency to pitch API/AI products
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent English and Dutch

Early-stage startup experience at Seed or Series A
Established networks in creative industries
Domain expertise in API or Teams track
Sales ops knowledge and ability to set up outbound tools
