Mollie is seeking a People Analyst to join their team in Amsterdam, focusing on workforce planning and people analytics. In this role, you will drive data-driven decisions on headcount, budgeting, and strategic workforce questions.

Wat ga je doen

  • Own tracking, measuring and forecasting of headcount, including headcount model, hiring plan, attrition and open role view, and link between headcount and budget
  • Lead analytical response to workforce questions such as sizing hiring needs, stress testing plan assumptions, and building case for new teams and locations
  • Build and own models that break headcount and people cost into key drivers, giving visibility to P&P and senior leaders
  • Walk P&P through trends in people data and story behind them, including spend and other metrics like People OPEX, Places costs and vendor spend
  • Own people and headcount view end to end in monthly business reviews and annual planning cycle

Wat je meebrengt

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, workforce planning or people analytics, ideally in high growth fintech, tech or payments company
  • Academic background in quantitative or business field
  • Very comfortable using AI tooling in daily work, using it to accelerate output, pressure test thinking, automate recurring work and remove grunt work
  • Strong modelling skills in Google Sheets or Excel, and familiarity with HRIS and data visualisation tools (HiBob, Workday, Omni or similar)
  • Experience with Pigment or comparable planning platform (Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar)
  • Action oriented, able to formulate recommendations and stand behind them, and handle sensitive people data with discretion
