Lucid Motors is seeking a Retail & Used Car De-Fleet Manager for Europe, based in Amsterdam. In this role, you will lead the valuation, pricing, and resale strategy for trade-in and de-fleet vehicles, and develop European used vehicle sales channels. You will also design and oversee the standardized EU de-fleet process, collaborating with various teams to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Lead valuation, pricing, and resale strategy for trade-in and de-fleet vehicles
Develop and manage European used vehicle sales channels
Design and oversee standardized EU de-fleet process
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Retail Operations, Fleet, and Finance
Define, track, and report KPIs related to vehicle turnaround, refurbishment, inventory aging, channel performance, and profitability
Support implementation and management of Certified Pre-Owned program

Wat je meebrengt

Minimum 8 years' proven success in vehicle de-fleet, remarketing, or used vehicle operations
Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end de-fleet and remarketing operations
Strong understanding of residual value management
Proven experience defining, managing, and reporting on KPIs in de-fleet/remarketing
Proficient in CRM and business management systems, with Salesforce preferred
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
