Nielen Schuman is looking for an Associate to join their Debt Advisory team in Amsterdam. You will support clients in arranging acquisition funding, refinancings, recapitalisations, and restructuring. This role offers a high level of responsibility and the chance to work alongside top professionals in a non-hierarchical environment.

- Support clients in arranging acquisition funding, refinancings, recapitalisations, and restructuring
- Conduct business and market analyses, including financial models and reports
- Prepare and participate in client presentations and pitches
- Coordinate due diligence processes and information requests
- Guide and revise work of analysts
- Build and maintain external network with clients, lenders, and advisors
Wat je meebrengt
- Master’s degree
- 3-5 years experience in financial advisory, corporate finance, or investment banking
- Native Dutch and strong English
- Excellent analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative mentality
- Experience with financing structures, LMA documentation, accounting, and Excel modeling
