In this role, you will advise customers on technical foundation and solution design, while guiding instance strategy and technical governance. You will translate business goals into customer roadmaps and support sales efforts by scoping engagements.

- 8+ years progressive experience in professional services (SaaS)
- Management consulting experience
- Experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
- Industry domain expertise
- Large program experience leading architecture and design
- Enterprise architecture experience
