Mollie is looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Business Partner to own end-to-end hiring for Engineering roles on a 1-year fixed-term contract. You will build partnerships with stakeholders and shape hiring strategy to drive structured tech recruitment.

• Own end-to-end hiring for Engineering roles from intake to offer
• Build partnerships with Engineering stakeholders to shape hiring strategy
• Bring structure to tech intake, calibration, and pipeline planning
• Identify and fix process or alignment gaps in tech hiring
• Take ownership of larger tech hiring projects currently with leadership
• Contribute to AI-enabled recruiting practice and market intelligence

• 5+ years recruiting experience with strong focus on tech hiring
• Ability to engage and influence Engineering stakeholders
• Experience owning complex tech searches end-to-end
• Strong sense of ownership and independent drive
• Comfort using recruiting data and market insights
• Track record of improving execution in ambiguous environments
