This role is responsible for designing and governing the global talent management framework at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS. You will manage the talent review cycle for the enterprise and act as a strategic talent partner to HQ leadership. The position also involves driving enterprise-wide adoption of talent management processes and overseeing the deployment of global learning solutions.
