Over de functie

Wetravel is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will take ownership of month-end tasks, reconciliations, and audits while supporting the integration of acquired entities. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with management on financial and tax-related matters.

Wat ga je doen

  • Own mid-level month-end tasks and reconciliations such as accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, payroll liabilities, intangible assets, VAT returns
  • Own multiple areas of financial and tax related audits and reviews
  • Own multiple bank reconciliations in a multinational/multicurrency environment
  • Assist management with integration of acquired entities including setup in ERP, statutory reporting, and documenting new accounting procedures
  • Own transfer pricing entries as determined by external transfer pricing study

Wat je meebrengt

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficient in NetSuite, Ramp, Excel, Google Suite
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of financial accounting principles
  • Proactive, adaptable, eager to learn, team player with clear communication
