As a senior in Transaction Services & Restructuring, you'll support corporate clients and private equity firms with acquisitions and restructurings. You'll work in a dynamic environment, advising from the initial pitch through to deal closing. This role is based in Amsterdam.

- Provide well-structured advice on acquisitions or restructurings
- Participate in client meetings from pitch to deal closing
- Execute analyses and identify issues and key drivers
- Summarize findings on financial statements and business plans in reports
- Contribute to business development and guide junior team members

- Master's degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or business economics
- Two to four years of relevant professional experience in finance
- Financial analytical skills
