Over de functie

EVERIENCE is looking for a Senior PLC Designer to join their team in Eindhoven. In this role, you will act as the Electronic Development representative in a multidisciplinary design team, defining requirements and design decisions for software development. You will also interact with colleagues from the function and software departments.

  • Act as Electronic Development representative in multidisciplinary design team
  • Define requirements and design decisions for SW development
  • Interact with function and SW department colleagues
  • Define and maintain SW safety component specifications and safety design for Beckhoff PLCs
  • Perform trade-off studies for implementation scenarios
  • Define automatic testing solutions for code integration

Wat je meebrengt

  • Master degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • Multiple years of experience as Designer Beckhoff PLC SW (TwinCAT3)
  • Experience with PLC applications (SOFT-PLC, SAFETY-PLC, HMI)
  • Knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Python, C++, C#)
  • Experience in testing phase of V model
  • Experience with automatic test equipment
