Flexport is looking for an Account Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will manage client relationships and drive growth through strategic account management. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience.

What you will do

Build relationships with client stakeholders
Monitor account health and improve client experience
Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
Track client financial health and payment schedules
Lead client onboarding and create standard operating procedures
Prepare and present quarterly strategy reviews

Professional fluency in English and Dutch
2-4 years in sales, account management, or client-facing role
