Workwize is looking for an AI Product Manager to own the AI roadmap and drive automation opportunities. You will track AI advances, partner with Engineering to ship features, and ensure production quality.

What you will do

Own the AI roadmap and identify automation opportunities
Track AI advances and turn them into product bets
Partner with Engineering to design and ship AI features
Define agent behavior and handle edge cases
Monitor production quality and improve reliability
Run discovery with internal teams and customers

What you bring

3+ years of Product Management in SaaS
Hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered products
Practical experience with AI/LLM tooling like LangSmith or LangChain
Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering
Experience shipping AI features to production
Data-driven decision maker comfortable with KPIs

Nice to have

Experience with operational or logistics-heavy products
Familiarity with agent design patterns and multi-step workflows
Experience in IT asset management, HR tech, or distributed workforce tooling
Comfort with prototyping tools or low-code platforms
