Workwize is looking for an Operations Intern to join their team in Amsterdam. This internship offers you the chance to take real ownership of operational tasks and improve processes from day one.

What you will do

Manage supplier order confirmations and resolve issues
Maintain catalogue data quality in PIM
Track supplier performance and build scorecards
Measure workflow metrics and create reports
Identify and implement process improvements using automation
Document standard operating procedures and coordinate across teams

What you bring

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field
Strong data skills with Excel or Google Sheets
Hands-on experience with AI and low-code automation tools
Comfortable with Notion, Slack, and ticketing systems
Demonstrates ownership, proactivity, and structured communication

Nice to have

Previous internship or project with operational or commercial data
Interest in B2B hardware, IT procurement, or marketplace operations
SQL or Python skills
Familiarity with catalogue, PIM, or ERP systems
