Adyen is looking for an AML Compliance Officer to drive the maturity of its global Customer Due Diligence framework. In this role, you will align and evolve CDD procedures, support risk-based customer scoring, and partner with product and engineering teams on compliance solutions.

What you will do

Drive maturity of global CDD framework
Align and evolve CDD procedures for onboarding and review
Support design of risk-based customer risk scoring
Partner with Product and Engineering on compliance solutions
Design and refine operational guidelines for customer risk reviews
Support internal audits and regulatory examinations

What you bring

4+ years experience in financial crime or CDD/KYC framework design
Understanding of KYC data requirements and product workflows
Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
Fluent in spoken and written English

Nice to have

Experience building or operationalizing CDD frameworks in complex setups
