CDD Senior Analyst - Introduced Onboarding

Modulr is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Introduced Onboarding team in Amsterdam. You will handle complex customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence reviews, focusing on ownership structures and higher-risk cases. The role also involves coaching other analysts and ensuring compliance with UK and EU regulations.
What you will do
- Conduct CDD and EDD reviews for complex customers
- Assess ownership structures and beneficial ownership
- Review sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening
- Prepare customer risk assessments and onboarding recommendations
- Manage higher-risk onboarding cases
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to analysts
What you bring
- Minimum 4 years experience in CDD, KYC, KYB, AML or financial crime roles
- Understanding of UK and EU AML regulations
- Experience assessing complex corporate structures
- Experience conducting Enhanced Due Diligence
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with screening tools like Orbis or Moody's
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments or electronic money institutions
- Experience across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience supporting operational improvement initiatives
- ICA, ACAMS or equivalent qualification
- Familiarity with intermediary-led onboarding models
- Passion for continuous improvement and developing others
