Adyen is looking for an AML Compliance Officer to co-design and oversee the AML control framework for its financial products. You will provide AML input on new product propositions and translate requirements into automated workflows.

- Evaluate financial crime risks in service-risk framework
- Review and validate control design before product launch
- Represent AML framework during regulatory examinations
What you bring
- 4+ years experience in financial crime compliance
- Experience with financial products like embedded accounts
- Expertise in service-level and product-usage risk evaluation
- Strategic communication skills for senior stakeholders
- Collaborative approach with product and tech teams
- Fluent in English
