Join Wakuli as a barista in Amsterdam East, where you'll craft specialty coffees and guide customers in choosing beans for home brewing. This role offers the chance to work independently in a vibrant coffee bar, with opportunities to grow into leadership positions.

What you will do

Craft specialty coffees and other drinks
Advise customers on coffee beans and pods for home use
Maintain coffee equipment
Ensure service readiness and hygiene standards
Open and close the coffee bar independently
Train new colleagues as needed

What you bring

1+ years in customer service, restaurant, or retail
Fluent in English, preferably some Dutch
Strong knowledge or willingness to learn specialty coffee
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Minimum 16 hours per week, available at least one weekend day
