What you will do
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Qualify and convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns and events
- Conduct research to understand prospect needs and pain points
- Track activities and interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
- Schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
- Collaborate with marketing, channel, and sales teams
What you bring
- Minimum 1-2 years of BDR or sales development experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong prospecting and qualification skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
