ServiceNow is looking for a Partner Solution Engineer to join the team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will guide technology partners in designing AI-native solutions and ensure their offerings meet high architectural standards. You will play a key part in shaping reference patterns and industry-specific architectures.
What you will do
- Lead design workshops using the FLIGHT framework to define AI-native reference patterns
- Provide expert architecture and AI readiness guidance to ensure partner solutions meet standards
- Conduct deep architectural reviews for new patterns and complex integrations
- Capture and publish reusable patterns and design frameworks
- Develop industry-specific reference architectures for verticals
- Mentor partner design and solution teams
What you bring
- 8+ years in solution architecture, technical sales, or pre-sales
- Significant experience with technology partners at partner or OEM level
- Strong grasp of cloud platform architecture including SaaS, PaaS, automation, and multi-tenancy
- Proven ability to guide partners through complex solution designs and business strategy
- Deep curiosity and expertise in AI technologies and design thinking
- Clear communicator comfortable engaging at CxO level
Nice to have
- ServiceNow platform development experience or certifications
- Design Thinking training or certification
- AI and automation expertise in generative AI or predictive analytics
- Business development background
- Industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Public Sector
- Familiarity with competitive cloud or enterprise software platforms
