ServiceNow is looking for a Sales Director to lead and expand its sales operations in Amsterdam. This role focuses on building a high-performing sales team and driving new business growth in the region.
What you will do
- Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive new business sales growth
- Develop and drive sales strategy for the region with Sales Operations
- Engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development
- Recruit, coach, and mentor team members
- Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline
- Achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis
What you bring
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes
- Extensive track record of new business sales success with C-level presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong success in recruiting, coaching, and managing an exceptional sales team
- Strong strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning skills
- Ownership of accurate CRM reports including forecasts and opportunity inspection
- Experience in driving sales process and working with Sales Operations
Nice to have
- Good knowledge of the Retail sector
