Modulr is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will manage daily compliance operations and support the identification of compliance risks. You will also engage with regulators and champion a strong compliance culture within the organization.
What you will do
- Manage daily compliance operations and guide first line teams
- Support identification and assessment of compliance risks
- Engage with regulators as part of second line team
- Monitor regulatory changes and manage change projects
- Champion compliance culture and ensure compliance by design
- Provide management information and support team activities
What you bring
- At least 3 years in a similar compliance role in finance or consultancy
- Experience engaging with regulators
- Strong understanding of AML/FT frameworks in second line
- Ability to interpret regulation and provide actionable guidance
- Native Spanish speaking
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
