What you will do

Design and develop new battery technologies, systems, and components
Implement best practices in battery design, validation, and testing
Optimize processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability in battery development
Conduct performance and safety testing of battery cells and packs
Analyze data to evaluate battery efficiency, lifespan, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare technical documentation

What you bring

Experience in electrical development or related domain
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
Knowledge of electrochemistry, material science, and physics
Experience with battery testing equipment and characterization techniques
Problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects

Nice to have

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in an Electrical/Electronic field
