About the job

As an EMEA Aftersales and Technical Associate at Brunswick, you will play a key role in developing and executing the dealer success strategy across the region. You will provide technical training and support to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction. This hybrid role, based in Amsterdam, offers the opportunity to work with a leading company in the marine and recreation industry.

What you will do

Develop and roll out dealer success strategy with regional team
Provide technical training to internal and external stakeholders
Perform technical and service tasks including repairs and equipment readiness
Act as primary aftersales contact for assigned dealers
Drive dealer-led resolution of end user cases
Oversee dealer spare-parts readiness and warranty cost performance
