Satispay is looking for a Head of Brand to lead creative production and brand strategy. Based in Amsterdam, this hybrid role involves driving brand activations, building influencer strategies, and mentoring a brand team.
What you will do
- Own creative production and ensure brand consistency
- Drive brand activations across ATL and BTL channels
- Steer social media presence and build influencer strategy
- Shape brand strategy and ground decisions in research
- Build and mentor the brand team with clear rituals
- Collaborate with Growth and Product teams on brand initiatives
What you bring
- 10+ years of experience in brand management or creative direction
- Deep understanding of design systems and multi-channel campaign production
- Hands-on leadership style
- Data-informed mindset with ability to use KPIs and OKRs
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
