Ensure timely execution of key projects, remove blockers, assist with planning
Drive simplicity, standards, and reuse

What you bring

10+ years in engineering, 5+ years leading, including managing managers
Experience hiring and managing 25-50 engineers
Literate in financial data: ledgers, cut-offs, corrections, restatement, FX, fee attribution
Excellent verbal and written communication, able to translate complex technical concepts
Comfortable streamlining engineering operations and refining product requirements
Delivered through a platform not controlled, without a lever
