About the job

DEPT® is seeking a Head of Growth for the Benelux & Nordics region, focusing on Experience & Engineering. In this role, you will drive new business by identifying opportunities, building senior relationships, and leading complex technology pitches. You'll shape commercial strategy and coach the Growth team to success.

What you will do

  • Identify and create high-value opportunities across new and existing clients
  • Build pipeline through senior relationships, market intelligence, partnerships, outbound activity, and account development
  • Lead commercial negotiations and shape scope, pricing, and commercial models
  • Lead complex technology pitches from initial conversation to close
  • Define win strategy, strategic direction, and commercial storyline for priority opportunities
  • Coach and develop members of the Growth team

What you bring

  • Proven track record of originating, shaping, and closing complex technology services opportunities in agency, digital consultancy, or technology services environment
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation with experience developing joint sales and partner-led growth strategies with platforms like Adobe, Shopify, and Optimizely
  • Ability to quickly understand and challenge complex client needs and translate them into strategic opportunities
  • Sufficient technology fluency to lead initial client conversations independently
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex, multidisciplinary pitches from qualification to close
  • Ability to operate credibly with senior digital stakeholders like CDOs, CIOs, and CTOs

  • Agency experience is highly preferred
