At Adyen, you will own the customer-facing model of money movement for merchants, regulators, and Adyen Finance. You will lead a team that delivers data via datasets, reports, files, and dashboards, while creating an environment for continuous innovation.

- 10+ years in engineering, 5+ years leading, including managing managers
- Experience hiring and managing 25-50 engineers
- Literate in financial data: ledgers, cut-offs, corrections, restatement, FX, fee attribution
- Excellent verbal and written communication, able to translate complex technical concepts
- Comfortable streamlining engineering operations and refining product requirements
- Delivered through a platform not controlled, without a lever
