Monumental is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join its team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will support the hiring of field and operator roles by sourcing candidates, screening applications, and conducting first-round interviews. You will help ensure a positive candidate experience and assist with recruiting events.

Screen CVs and applications
Conduct first-round interviews
Manage interview scheduling and pipeline
Ensure positive candidate experience
Help plan recruiting events

What you bring

High energy and curiosity about hiring
Early career with internship or few years of work experience
Good judgment of people with high standards
Organized and reliable
Strong written and verbal communication
Interest in technology

Nice to have

Recruiting or sourcing experience
Experience with high-volume or blue-collar hiring
Familiarity with Ashby or other ATS
Experience at a fast-growing startup
Dutch language skills
