Join the culinary team of Hotel De L'Europe, a prestigious luxury hotel in Amsterdam. As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the kitchen leadership and help maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

Support kitchen leadership in daily operations
Prepare and plate high-quality dishes
Supervise and motivate kitchen team during service
Maintain food quality, hygiene and safety standards
Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements
Train and coach junior team members

What you bring

Ambitious and motivated chef
Experience as Senior Chef de Partie
Passionate about cooking
Natural team player who leads by example
Thrives in fast-paced kitchen environment
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Nice to have

Experience in a brasserie or similar concept
Interest in luxury hospitality
Experience or interest in coaching others
Affinity with French cuisine or Mediterranean flavors
