Workwize is looking for a Principal Operations Manager to lead and scale a key service pillar. In this hybrid role based in Amsterdam, you will drive operational excellence, manage vendor relationships, and develop a large team.

What you will do

Lead end-to-end performance of assigned service pillar
Drive bottom-up improvements across operations
Set strategic direction and translate into roadmap
Manage third-party vendor performance and relationships
Lead and develop a team of 10+ with 3-5 direct reports
Contribute to broader service operations strategy

What you bring

5+ years in operational leadership or management consulting
Hands-on experience in start-up/scale-up operations, IT hardware, logistics, or warehousing
Proven people leadership skills
Structured and strategic thinking ability
Commercial mindset
Experience in fast-growth or scaling environment

Nice to have

Background in vendor or third-party performance management
Exposure to SaaS or tech-enabled service businesses
Previously owned services, operations, or country operations
