Workwize is looking for an Operations Project Manager to take ownership of improvement projects within its service operations. In this hybrid role based in Amsterdam, you will drive change by identifying inefficiencies, tracking impact, and collaborating across teams and external partners.

What you will do

Own multiple improvement projects within a service
Identify root causes of operational inefficiencies
Track performance before and after changes
Work cross-functionally with teams and partners
Communicate proactively on progress and risks
Engage directly with clients or suppliers when needed

What you bring

1-4 years of experience in project-based or operational roles
Strong structured thinking and problem-solving
Ownership mentality
Clear and proactive communication
Comfortable with ambiguity
Data-driven approach

Nice to have

Experience in operations, logistics, or service delivery
Background in consulting or fast-growth startup
Exposure to SLAs, operational dashboards, or cross-functional delivery
