Simvia, a growing impact scale-up in Amsterdam, is looking for a Recruiter to help build and shape its hiring function. This role offers the chance to work in a high-paced environment with a meaningful mission in food sustainability.

What you will do

Source and approach candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and cold calls
Build recruitment process from scratch
Run multiple hiring processes simultaneously
Hold hiring managers to timelines and feedback
Track recruitment metrics and improve processes
Assist with in-house events and office life

What you bring

3+ years as a recruiter in SaaS or tech
Strong sourcing skills with direct approach and cold calls
Builder mindset for processes and templates
Highly organized
Comfortable with speed and assertive with stakeholders
Fluent English

Nice to have

German or Dutch language skills
Experience in a start-up or scale-up
Experience with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
