Nivoda is looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will focus on converting inbound leads and executing outbound sequences to book demos for target retailers.
What you will do
- Work inbound leads within SLA to convert to booked demos
- Build and execute outbound sequences against target retailer lists
- Qualify leads on buyer type, purchase volume, intent, and timeline
- Book, confirm, and protect demos to reduce no-shows
- Maintain CRM with logged touches and dispositioned leads
- Feed back learnings on objections, messaging, and segments
What you bring
- 1–3 years in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with high-volume motion
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Process-driven with cadences and CRM hygiene
- Coachable and resilient
- Native or professional proficiency in English and German
