About the job

Airwallex is looking for a Senior Manager to lead regulatory strategy and operations across the EMEA region. In this role, you will drive the delivery of strategic regulatory projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment.

What you will do

Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic regulatory projects across EMEA
Translate strategic priorities into plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams
Establish governance for complex programmes
Prepare for regulatory examinations and audits
Monitor programme metrics and dashboards

What you bring

Significant experience leading complex strategic or regulatory programmes
Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed international organisation
Strong project management skills
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate strategy into plans
Experience with senior stakeholders
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice to have

Experience as a strategy or management consultant
Experience delivering regulatory change or compliance transformation
Familiarity with regulatory obligations and GRC tooling
Experience with regulatory examinations or audits
Experience partnering with Product or Engineering teams
Relevant qualification in business, finance, law, or compliance
