About the job

Datasnipper is looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX) to lead research and shape user experiences in a fast-growing scale-up. You will collaborate with the product team to deliver pixel-perfect designs and maintain a design system.

What you will do

  • Lead UX research initiatives including user journey mapping, usability testing, and interviews
  • Share insights with product team and run design studios and collaboration sessions
  • Deliver pixel-perfect designs to developers and update based on feedback
  • Build and maintain a design system with the design team
  • Improve design processes and libraries, and bring latest design thinking to the team

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a product designer or UX designer in a tech environment
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design skills and process
  • Comfortable working from a design system or library to create design files
  • Comfortable using AI design tools like Claude Code, Claude design, and Figma Make
  • Collaborative team spirit and ability to challenge the status quo
  • Experience using Figma, Invision, Sketch, or similar design applications
