About the job

As Senior Project Manager for software implementations at project44, you will take full ownership of customer projects from start to finish. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations for global brands, ensuring successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.

What you will do

  • Own full project lifecycle for customer implementations
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables
  • Lead project governance, status tracking, reporting, stakeholder communication
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, budget, scope
  • Act as primary customer contact for delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate project ceremonies

What you bring

  • Fluent in English
  • 5+ years customer-facing project management experience
  • Experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics tech, SaaS implementations, or software delivery
  • Proven complex multi-stakeholder project management
  • Strong risk, budget, stakeholder management
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office or equivalent

Nice to have

  • Additional languages, especially German and French
  • Experience with TMS, ERP, or supply chain systems
