Airwallex is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for its GTPN APIs in Amsterdam. In this role, you will develop the strategic vision and roadmap for the platform, engage with enterprise customers and partners, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Own end-to-end product lifecycle for GTPN APIs
Develop strategic vision and roadmap for the platform
Engage with enterprise customers, developers, and partners
Translate complex use cases into scalable APIs with engineering
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
Use data-driven methods to define success metrics and prioritize

What you bring

6+ years product management experience
3+ years focused on platform/API products in fintech or payments
Proven track record launching scalable API-powered platforms
Deep technical understanding of API design and security
Experience balancing user requirements and commercial strategy
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

Experience with global card networks and banking partners
Familiarity with OpenAPI, Postman, GitHub, or API tooling
Hands-on developer experience
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, KYC/AML, card network rules
Experience in hyper-growth startups or financial infrastructure
Master's degree in relevant field
