Airwallex is a rapidly growing global fintech company building the future of global banking. In this hybrid role in Amsterdam, you will lead and develop a high-performing Sales Development team focused on the SME & Growth segment.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, hire and develop a high-performing SDR team
  • Own pipeline and performance targets including opportunity creation and conversion
  • Build and improve a data-driven outbound strategy
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns and lead follow-up
  • Work with Account Executives and Revenue Operations on funnel conversion
  • Build and scale an AI-assisted outbound engine

What you bring

  • Experience leading an outbound SDR team in a high-growth tech company
  • Track record of hiring and developing early-career sales talent
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Excellent written, numerical and verbal communication skills
  • Professional fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Dutch language fluency
  • Familiarity with payments, FX, cards, treasury, spend management or complex B2B SaaS
