- Track record of setting technical strategy through influence
- Deep experience with large-scale distributed systems
- Comfortable architecting infrastructure for ML workloads
- Experience partnering with operational teams
- Led partnerships across engineering, product, and operations
Nice to have
- Experience building production-grade LLM interfaces
