About the job
Flink is looking for a hands-on Team Leader to guide orderpickers and riders at their Diemen location. In this role, you ensure service, productivity, and safety during shifts while assisting with inbound and order picking. You also train new team members and maintain hygiene standards.

- Maintain hygiene of shelves and sanitary facilities

What you bring
- Hands-on teamlead who leads by example
- Managerial experience as supervisor or operational role
- Calm and able to motivate team
- Available for at least 24 hours per week
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics, retail, or catering
