Shift Lead (m/f/d)

About the job

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join the team in Arnhem. In this role, you will lead and support pickers and riders during shifts, ensuring productivity and safety while also performing hands-on operational tasks. You will act as the right-hand to the Hub Manager and step in when needed.

What you will do

• Lead and support pickers and riders during shifts
• Ensure productivity and safety during shifts
• Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
• Act as right-hand to Hub Manager and step in when absent
• Coach riders and pickers on the floor
• Assist with inbound deliveries and order picking

What you bring

• Enjoy working with people and be team point of contact
• Be hands-on and enjoy operations work
• Remain calm in stressful situations and motivate team daily
• Have some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Be available for at least 24 hours per week
• Be available to work evenings and weekends
