CM.com is looking for a Head of Industry Retail & Ecommerce to own the European go-to-market strategy for the retail and e-commerce sector. Based in Breda, you will lead a team of Client Executives and drive growth with both existing customers and new logos.

What you will do

Own European go-to-market strategy for Retail & E-commerce
Lead and grow a team of Client Executives
Drive growth with existing customers and new logos
Shape propositions per sub-sector with Marketing, Product Management, and Development
Be the face of CM.com in the sector at events and with case studies
Use AI tools to improve own work and share with team

What you bring

Senior experience in retail or e-commerce sales or consultancy
Proven people leadership in building and coaching a sales team
Good understanding of omnichannel marketing and online payments
Experience building marketing plans and managing a budget
Fluent English and Dutch
Willing to travel across Europe
