CM.com is looking for a Head of Partner Enablement to lead the development and execution of a European partner strategy. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners across Europe to drive growth.

What you will do

Build and execute European partner strategy and roadmap
Recruit and onboard resellers, technology and implementation partners across Europe
Design and run partner programs including tiers, incentives, enablement and joint marketing
Certify and train partners on full offering
Drive partner-sourced pipeline together with Heads of Industry
Use AI tools to improve own work

What you bring

Significant experience in partner or channel management within software or platform business
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience designing partner programs and enabling partners
Comfortable working across cultures and languages
Fluent in English and Dutch
Willing to travel across Europe
