CM.com is looking for a Head of Industry Retail & Ecommerce to own the European go-to-market strategy for the retail and e-commerce sector. Based in Breda, you will lead a team of Client Executives and drive growth with both existing customers and new logos.

- Lead and grow a team of Client Executives
- Drive growth with existing customers and new logos
- Shape propositions per sub-sector with Marketing, Product Management, and Development
- Be the face of CM.com in the sector at events and with case studies
- Use AI tools to improve own work and share with team
Wat je meebrengt
- Senior experience in retail or e-commerce sales or consultancy
- Proven people leadership in building and coaching a sales team
- Good understanding of omnichannel marketing and online payments
- Experience building marketing plans and managing a budget
- Fluent English and Dutch
- Willing to travel across Europe
